Salaries will vary depending on the experience and any specialized training and/or education the nanny brings to the position. The number of children and their ages is at times a factor in setting compensation. Rates will also vary depending on weekly working hours, if the position is live-in or out, and other specific position requirements.
Our applicants set their own compensation requirements and Agency staff determines if those requirements are reasonable based on our review of the applicant’s references, experience and education. It is important that the nanny and the family have a mutual understanding and agreement of all financial arrangements, working hours and flexibility required and benefits of the position prior to a family making an employment offer, and a nanny accepting a position.
