More than a guarantee, our business philosophy is that we will only refer caregivers whom we would employ ourselves. Our placement statistics are the best in the industry with 99.8% of our caregivers honoring their commitments and 85% staying longer than a year, many for multiple years. If, in the first month of employment, a caregiver referred by the Agency leaves your position for any reason, the Agency will either offer a refund of the fee paid (less the Agency one-month fee) or if requested, the Agency will work to refer a replacement nanny who will at a minimum, honor the original nanny’s commitment to you, at no additional cost.
If you request it, a replacement for a full-time nanny will be provided for twelve (12) months or for the contracted commitment if less than twelve (12) months. The replacement guarantee for a part-time nanny is five (5) months.
If the replacement nanny continues her employment beyond the commitment date of the original nanny, a referral fee would be due on that date based on the fee schedule then in effect. The fee due will be determined by the hours the replacement caregiver works and the length of the continuing commitment. Please review the Family/Agency Agreement for more detailed information.
It should be noted, that unlike other agencies, In Search of Nanny does not require an applicant to make a year commitment to be represented. We are a full-service agency and some families do not require a long-term commitment. Our applicants are honest about the commitment they are able to make and as a result, they honor them. This is just one of the reasons our placement statistics are so high.
