In Search of Nanny refers qualified caregivers to clearly defined professional positions in the metro Boston area. We have full-time, part-time and temporary positions. Because we personally meet all our client families, we don't waste your time interviewing for positions that are not "right" for you. Instead, you chose which families to consider with a clear understanding of each position before you interview. You have a paid trial period and families provide a written offer and job description before you begin work to ensure a mutual understanding of hours, salary, benefits and expectations. The fact that 99.8% of our placements are successful, the highest in the industry, is evidence that our personal approach works.
We can also assist you if you have identified a position independently. Occasionally when a caregiver registers with the Agency and then finds a position through her own resources, the caregiver wants the benefit of our expertise and experience. We can also consult with your potential employer to develop a written job description and/or to negotiate a mutually agreeable offer of employment to include all financial considerations and benefits. The cost of the one or two hours of consulting normally required is always paid by the employing family and is never a hindrance for parents employing a professional nanny.
Nannies consistently tell us that we have the best jobs in Boston! We interview, listen and make referrals that are a realistic match of applicant requirements and parental expectations. Our client families value and respect the applicants we refer.
