We interview your applicant in person/by phone and email a detailed summary. We will screen your applicant with the screening package most recommended by our consulting services clients. Applicant must provide a work history/resume and a signed Applicant Release form.

Especially recommended if you have purchased the Applicant Screening Package because we have interviewed your caregiver.
Includes:

Quarterly contact by phone or email with you and your caregiver for one year assuring concerns are addressed and communication is ongoing. If issues present themselves, In Search of Nanny will act as an impartial coach for both parties to help resolve any differences and to promote communication. One hour per quarter included.
